5K Fun Run/Walk. New this year! Thursday, March 30, 6:30 AM at the Hyatt Regency Orlando
Annual Member Meeting. As is standard practice, the 2017 Annual Meeting of WQA members will be held on site at the convention. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 29 at 9:00 AM, for the purpose of electing directors, receive reports as well as transact other association business.
Political Action Committee news. WQA recently launched the WQA Political Action Committee (PAC), WQA-PAC. The PAC was put in place to increase WQA’s participation in the political process and foster relationships with legislators to ensure the needs of the Association are heard. Elected officials will also have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the value of the drinking water treatment industry.
Register For WQA’s Annual DC Fly-in. Join fellow WQA members on Capitol Hill for congressional visits and government agency presentations at WQA’s Annual DC Fly-in March 7-8. This year, WQA is partnering with the National Ground Water Association and the Irrigation Association. There will be an evening reception on March 7.
