In June, Water-Right, Inc. wrapped up its annual Clear Choice Water Group ‘Celebrate Success’ convention for its network of independent professional-level water treatment dealers. Held at the Bridgewood Resort and Conference Center in Neenah, WI, more than 100 representatives of water treatment dealerships from across the country took part as the company sought to educate members on best practices from industry experts and the Water-Right team.
The company has a reputation for working hand-in-hand with their dealers when it comes to deriving additional business out of the markets it serves. Their business model provides a strong working partnership, one that ensures the Clear Choice Water Group dealer knows the answers when it comes to providing customers with solutions, whether it involves filtration, softening, conditioning or purification.

Conference-goers were able to learn about the future of the growing dealer group, the latest technological innovations for WaterCare and Evolve products, such as Water-Right’s patented Water Efficient Technology (W.E.T.) and how to improve customer service experiences from keynote speaker and customer service expert Dennis Snow. Additional breakout session speakers allowed dealers to participate in topics covering increasing company value, navigating company milestones (such as sales and transitions) and business branding.
