New from International Water Association Publishing, Soil and Sediment Remediation, a publication coving a whole set of remediative technologies currently available to minimize their impact. Technologies for the treatment of soils and sediments in situ (landfarming, bioscreens, bioventing, nutrient injhection, phytoremediation, etc.) and ex situ (landfarming, bio-heap treatment, soil suspension reactor, etc.) are discussed. The publication is available to IWA members and nonmembers. The book was edited by P. Lens, T. Grotenhuis, G. Malina and H. Tabak.
