Christ Water Technology Group introduces the Osmotron, an ultrapure water production unit that is compact, easy to connect and produces deionized water with a lasting reduction of microorganisms, endotoxins, TOC and carbon dioxide. At its core, the Osmotron utilizes RO and electrodeionization processes, as well as two softening filters. The orbital-welded stainless steel SS 316 L material with a surface roughness of beneath Ra 0.8 nanometers fulfills plant hygiene requirements. With capacities of 500 to 5,000 liters per hour, Osmotron systems are standardized allowing for short erection periods and can be customized for larger plants.
