NGWA scholarship announced

The National Ground Water Research and Educational Foundation has received a gift from Paul Haderer to establish a scholarship named in honor of his late brother Richard, a co-Founder of Western Hydro, Inc. (a water well industry supplier serving eight western states and Mexico). During the 38 years he participated in the growth of Western Hydro, Richard served as President and CFO of the firm. He also served on the NGWA Suppliers Division Board for 12 years and was later President of the division. In 2015, the Foundation awarded $25,000 (USD) from the scholarship fund to 15 students entering a field of study serving, supporting or promoting the groundwater professions.
