Europe: Krones honored for new bottle design

The Krones cycling bottle originated from the idea to design an individual advertising gift. Three Regensburg, Germany students completing their internship at Krones in the Container Design Department realized this project under the direction of Timo Janssen and Jochen Forsthoevel (Krones AG). As a result of their efforts, the Krones cycling bottle has been honored with the A’Design Award 2016 in the Packaging Design category. The international competition awards a design prize each year in various categories. The awards ceremony took place in June in the Italian city of Como.
