Hellenbrand Inc., a leading manufacturer of residential, commercial and industrial water treatment equipment in the United States, is seeking to hire two individuals: Regional Sales Manager – East Coast and Regional Sales Manager –Midwest. Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing a dealer sales territory, preferably in the water treatment or similar industry. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated marketing experience particularly in developing collateral material and in effective social networking. Qualified candidates for the East Coast position will reside in the Mid-Atlantic and for the Midwest position should reside in MI, IN or OH.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related is preferred.
- 7 to 10 year track record of increasingly successful business to business (preferably water treatment equipment) sales experience, ideally in growing dealer sales. As part of this experience, the successful candidate will have a track record of providing dealers with credible business coaching and advice.
- Comprehensive understanding of water treatment industry and distribution channels is preferred.
- 60-80% travel is required.
