Vienna Water Monitoring Solutions was named First Place Innovator in the Industrial Water Sector at the International Water Summit in Abu Dhabi. The company’s ColiMinder® technology for fast and automated microbiological water quality measurement (which takes only 15 minutes to get a result on the actual bacterial contamination of water) was a standout performer for the award. Traditionally, a classical lab test on bacterial contamination takes 24 to 72 hours to deliver a result. This new methodology provides an extremely important parameter of microbiological water quality as an online parameter for quality monitoring, process control and early warning.
