North America: Hellenbrand seminar well attended

At its annual national sales and training seminar held over three days, Hellenbrand dealers from across the US convened in Wisconsin Dells, WI to reflect on the past year and prepare for the year ahead. Breakout sessions on product and application parameters as well as large-group presentations on various topics (the impact of websites, SEO and SEM, the 80/20 Rule and employee empowerment) were held. Over 80 awards were distributed, including Hellenbrand’s highest honor, the Founders Award. Maynard Water Conditioning, represented by father-and-son team Jim and Kevin were selected from over 290 dealers across 40 states, with selection criteria including (but not limited to) knowledge of equipment and its applications, business growth, customer service and support, and continuing education.
