Seo, Severt and Sun named to WaterPlanet staff

Jan2016_Seo_mugEric Seo has joined Water Planet as Product Development Engineer, focusing on product development for the company’s PolyCera® membrane filtration technology. Prior to joining the company, he worked as Environmental Engineer for Smith and Emery Environmental and Geo-Service. Seo was also an Associate Engineer for Water Quality and Treatment Solutions. He obtained his MS Degree in civil and environmental engineering from UCLA in 2012 and a BS Degree in environmental engineering from UC Riverside in 2011. Jan2016_Severt_mugThe engineering team further expanded with the addition of Alexander Severt, Mechanical and Design Engineer and Jiaran Sun, R&D Engineer. Severt graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a BS Degree in mechanical and ocean engineering. He will provide modeling, fabrication and design support to the membrane and system design team. Sun is a recent graduate of UCLA with an MS Degree in environmental and water resources engineering. Jan2016_Sun_mugShe completed her BS Degree in environmental and chemical engineering at Eastern China University of Science and Technology. Sun will assist with the development and commercialization of the company’s PolyCera polymer and membranes.
