Krones AG’s Checkmat 753 HF is a stand-alone solution that uses high-frequency measurements to detect bottle fill levels in up to 72,000 bottles per hour with maximized accuracy. Minimized dimensions require only 5.9 inches (150 mm) of conveyor length in the direction of bottle travel for measuring fill levels. The system operates independently of bottle materials, shapes or colors, is designed for user-friendly operation and can be used with all Krones fillers or labelers and other makes as well. The touch-screen xPanel terminal displays all relevant statistical production data as needed. Any desired number of bottle variants can be stored on the internal flash card and software updates can be simply loaded via a USB interface.
