Alco Chemical, of Chattanooga, Tenn., introduces an industrial water treatment additive that controls scale and deposit in stressed cooling water conditions with high pH and high calcite saturation. This new additive stabilizes calcium phosphate, iron and zinc while tolerating high levels of contaminants such as elevated total dissolved solids (TDS), suspended solids and soluble iron. Known as Versaflex One additive, this product is stable in the presence of halogens, even during hyper-halogenation.
